Last Will and Testament of Herman J. Mosbacher I, Herman J. Mosbacher of St. Clair County, Illinois, being of sound mind and disposing memory and under no undue influence and under no constraint, now considering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do hereby make, publish and acclaim this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First: I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expense to be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon after my death as practicable. Second: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, including all real property, personal property or mixed property of whatsoever kind or wheresoever situated which I may now own or may hereafter aquite to my wife, Josephine A. Mosbacher; provided, however that if my wife, Josephine A. Mosbacher should predecease me, then and in that event I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my said estate to St. Peter's Cathedral, Belleville, Illinois. Third: I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, Josephine A. Mosbacher as the executor of this my last will and testament and request that she be required to furnish no bond; provided, however, that if my wife, Josephine A. Mosbacher has predeceased me, then and in that event I hereby nominate and appoint John R. Sprague, Attorney, 15 south High Street, Belleville, Illinois as the executor of my last will and testament and request that he be required to furnish no bond.
