Surprise Party

One of the social events of the Holidays was the surprise birthday party at 
the homes of Edmund Hoffmann of Burksville.

Edmund is Secretary and Treasurer of the Young Men’s Social Club and the 
members called at his home to spend the evening with him.  The Hoffmann 
Orchestra played some of the latest selections, and the evening was enjoyed 
by all.  The members were treated to a supper at midnight, and liquid 
refreshments were served in abundance to all present.
