The Waterloo Times Friday, April 23, 1915 Kissel Bound Over William Kissel, charged with assaulting his father, Henry Kissel, on the 11th day of April, 1915, and striking him with a neck-yoke inflicting wound which caused the death of said Henry Kissel, was given a preliminary hearing before Police Magistrate Thomas M. Crowe here last Thursday afternoon and defendant was bound over in the sum of $3000, to appear before the September term of court. So far he has been unable to procure bond and is being held a prisoner in the county jail.
