Farmers’ Institute Meeting

The executive Committee of the Monroe County Farmers Institute met at the Court 
House on Saturday afternoon and decided to again hold the institute at Columbia
this year. 

It was also decided to have a three day institute, the last day to be “Educational 
Day”.  Our county superintendent of schools was requested to invite every school 
in the county and ask them to take part.

The institute is to be held in October and after this is to be held alternately one year 
at Waterloo and the next at Columbia.
