The Waterloo Paper January 11, 1915 Cut Hand in Saw While sawing wood at the Lutheran church in Wartburg, Monday morning, William Boedecker Sr., got his left hand too near the rapidly revolving circular saw and four of his fingers were badly cut. Luckily, however, no bones were broken and the wounds were stitched up by the family surgeon who expects the hand to heal up nicely in due course of time.
