City Council

City Dads Meet in Regular Monthly Session
April 6, 1915

Monday being a holiday, council met in regular session Tuesday evening 
and transacted routine business.

Upon motion street and alley committee was empowered to purchase road 
oil from Standard Oil Co., at 3.14 cents per gallon delivered.

A motor rate of $1 per horse power and 5’ cents per kilowatt hour was 
adopted.

Upon motion clerk was instructed to renew insurance upon electric power house 
and water works plant.

Applications for water of Pattersom & Hays Auto Co. and August Feldmeier, and 
for light of M. B. Kearns and P. E. Gauen presented and approved.
