The Waterloo Times Friday, May 21, 1915 Base Ball Babble The West Ends and Coxeyville were the attraction at Mentel’s park Sunday. Only a handful of fans were present to enjoy the shower bath of dust at intervals. It was no weather for base ball, and this figured considerably in the 9 act farce comedy which was staged. During the progress of the game Albert Struebig, catcher of the West Ends, had his lip split open by a foul tip. At the end of the frolic the score stood 15 to 8 in favor of the West Ends.
