Mayo, Richard Fred

Richard Fred “Biscuit” Mayo, 87, died July 7, 2007, in Waterloo. 
He was born Nov. 2, 1919, in Farmington, Mo. He was married to 
the late Martha Mayo. Mr. Mayo is survived by his daughter 
Laverne (Bill) Reeder of Colorado; son-in-law Paul Baillargeon of 
Millstadt; grandchildren Patti Reeder of Colorado, Jason Baillargeon 
of Swansea and Shannon Baillargeon of Millstadt; special cousin 
Russell Perry of St. Louis; and nieces, nephews and cousins. He 
was preceded in death by his parents, wife and daughter Judith 
Carol Baillargeon. Mr. Mayo was a laborer for Columbia Quarry. 
He \lived in Monroe County until the flood of 1993, then eventually 
settled in Millstadt before moving to Canterbury Manor in Waterloo. 
There were no services.
