Dorothy R. Bode, 79, of Waterloo died March 1, 2004, at Monroe County Care 
and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Jan. 8, 1925 at New York City. 
She was the wife of Carl H. Bode. Survivors include three daughters, Bonnie 
(Brian) Laur, Debbie (Joseph) Beck and Patricia Bode; two sons, Kenneth 
Bode and Harry (Anita) Bode; one sister Jean Salemi; three brothers, Henry 
"Harry" (Eleanore) Campbell, Duncan "Gus" (Connie) Campbell, Donald 
(Frances) Campbell; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; other relatives 
and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Regina 
(Cormier) Campbell; a son Bill Bode; a brother Jimmie Campbell and two 
sisters, Margaret Campbell and Dolores Carnie. Visitation was at the DeFabio 
Funeral Home where a funeral was March 3 with Msgr. Thomas Flach officiating. 
Burial was at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery. Mrs. Bode was a member of SS Peter 
and Paul Catholic Church, the Mary and Martha Society and the VFW Ladies 
Auxiliary.
