Phillips, Rosaline A. nee Plage
Rosaline A. Phillips nee Plage, 84, of Waterloo, died Feb. 7, 2006, in Waterloo. 
She was born Jan. 30, 1922, in Waterloo, the daughter of the late William and Katie 
Plage nee Langsdorf. She married the late Raymond Phillips Sr. in 1939; they were 
married 64 years. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her children Raymond “Butch” (Connie) 
Phillips of Waterloo, Patricia Ann (Donald) Todd of Doe Run, Mo., and Wanda Lee 
Harr of Arcadia, Mo.; seven grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and six great-
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister and 
brother. Visitation was at Quernheim Funeral Home.
