Nobbe, Roy F. 
Roy F. Nobbe, 91, of Waterloo, died Oct. 16, 2006, in Waterloo. He was born 
July 10, 1915, in Waterloo, the son of the late Fred and Amalia Nobbe nee 
Rabbermann. He was married to the late Esther Nobbe nee Schaper. Mr. Nobbe 
is survived by his daughter Nancy (Joseph) Frank of Waterloo; grandchildren 
Michael (Julie) Frank, Davie (Katie) Frank, and Kimberly Frank; great-grandchildren 
Joey Frank and Ryan Frank, sister Hulda Wink; and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, 
cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brothers Otto 
Nobbe and Arthur Nobbe. Visitation was at Quernheim Funeral Home. A funeral 
service was at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pastor Tony Troup officiating. He is 
buried at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo.
