Leah M. Jehling, 78, of Columbia died Oct. 16, 2003. She was the wife of Marvin J. Jehling. 
They were married May 18, 1946. Other survivors include a son Thomas J. (Barbara) 
Jehling, a daughter Barbara Lea (Don Schult) Jehling; two grandchildren; a niece and 
a nephew. She was born Sept. 11, 1925 at Waterloo the daughter of William C. and 
Elsie (Goeddel) Kolmer. A sister, Betty Cash, preceded her in death. She retired as a 
sales clerk from Famous Barr. Visitation was at Lawlor Funeral Home where a funeral 
was Oct. 20 the Rev. Kim Kelly officiating. Burial was at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery
 in Waterloo.
