Riebling, Charles C.

Charles C. Riebling died in the hospital at Murphysboro last Thursday after an 
illness of two days of pneumonia, aged 50 years, 4 months and 17 days.  His 
remains were brought here Friday evening and taken to the home of his brother 
Frank, from where the funeral took place Sunday afternoon, To St. Paul’s 
cemetery.  Deceased was born in this city and was the oldest son of Chas. 
Riebling who died but a few short months ago.  He had been in charge of a 
wheat elevator in Jacob, Ill., the past several years.  He was never married.  He 
leaves quite a number of brothers to mourn his early demise.
