Raphael P. Janson (Ralph, baptized into the Hope of Christ’s Resurrection Thursday, 
February 15, 1996.  Beloved husband of Marie I. Janson (nee Musielak), dear father 
of Thomas (Bette), Vincent (Kathy) and Theresa (Joe) Janson, dear grandfather of David, 
Timothy, Brian, Tracy and Jeffrey Janson, dear great-grandfather of Scotty, Ryan and 
Paige, dear brother of Sr. Mary S.J. and the late Anthony, Josephine, Robert, Edward, 
Herbert, Lena, Caroline and Antoinette Janson, our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, 
cousin and friend of many.

Funeral services from Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa at Watson, Saturday, 
February 17, 9:00 a.m. with Mass Celebrated at the Old Cathedral Church 
10 a.m.  The service will conclude at the church, Interment Jefferson Barracks National 
Cemetery will be private, visitation Friday 3 – 9 p.m.  Raphael was a long time member of 
St. Vincent DePaul Society and Legion of 1000 Men Benedictine Chapel.  Masses preferred 
or memorial contributions to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
