Unterseh, Louise Helen
Louise Helen Unterseh nee Schneider, 87, of Valmeyer, died May 29, 2005, in Waterloo. She was born 
November 5, 1917, in Waterloo, the daughter of the late Henry F. and Louise P. Schneider nee Schmetz. 
She was married to the late Eugene W. Unterseh. She is survived by her children Jean (Raymond) Langsdorf 
of Valmeyer, William H. (Pamela) Unterseh of Phoenix, Ariz., Mary White of Waterloo, Margaret (Allen) 
Mackenzie of DeSoto, Mo., and Susan (Gary) Schreder of Valmeyer; grandchildren Dana (Vince) Siburt, 
Bret Langsdorf, Darcy (Michael) Fausz, William E. (Jenny) Unterseh, Joshua Unterseh, Christine (Jeffrey) 
Lung, Nathan White, Michelle (Andrew) Gausch, Todd (Sandy) Boyer, Carolyn Mueller, Philip Mueller 
and Ian Mueller, 10great-grandchildren; sister Pauline Helfrich; and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, 
nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Theresa, Mary, Rita and 
Gertrude Schneider, and sins-in-law Robert Boyer and John White. Mrs. Unterseh was a member of 
St. Mary Catholic Church in Valmeyer and St. Ann’s Altar Society. Visitation was at Quernheim Funeral 
Home. A funeral mass was at St. Mary Church, Fr. John Ssebitosi officiating. She is buried at St. John 
Cemetery in Valmeyer. Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church in Valmeyer.
