Trankle, Lois A.
Lois A. Trankle nee Schorr, 80, of Waterloo, died July 2, 2005, in Waterloo. She was born 
December 2, 1924, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Oscar and Lavina Schorr nee Lavelle. 
She was married to the late Clarence J. Trankle. She is survived by her children Joseph (Kathy) 
Trankle of Waterloo, Barbra (Robert Hart) Baker of York, Penn., and Katherine A. Trankle of 
Waterloo; grandchildren Krystal Trankle, Kari Trankle, Evelyne (Joseph) Thomas and Darrell 
Trankle; great-grandson Kyler Joseph Trankle; and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Curtis Trankle in infancy. Visitation and 
funeral services were at Quernheim Funeral Home, Pastor Matt Friz officiating. She is buried 
at Waterloo Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Family Hospice.
