Lechner, Frieda E. 
Frieda E. Lechner, 91, of Columbia, died July 29, 2005. She was born August 25, 1913, in St. Louis, 
the daughter of the late Henry Sr. and Frieda Lechner nee Baumann. She is survived by many nieces, 
nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, great-great-nephews, and other relatives and 
friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Henry Lechner Jr. and sisters Anna, Louise 
and Martha. Ms. Lechner was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia and 
St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in St. Louis. Visitation was at Lawlor Funeral Home. A funeral mass 
was said by Fr. Steve Gira. She is buried at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials 
may be made in the form of masses.
