Lambert, Charles William Charles William Lambert, 81, of Columbia, died April 18, 2005. He was born October 13, 1923, in St. Louis, the son of the late Charles W. and Alice Lambert nee Faber. He married Geneva Ruth Lambert nee Langenberg in 1950. He is survived by his wife; children Deborah Jean Daly of Richmond Heights, Mo., Peggy Ann (Wesley) Suzor of Affton, Mo., and Mary Beth (Michael) Jenniches of Alton; grandchildren Abby Lynn (Michael) Zoia, Andrew C. Guinn, Corey M. Jenniches and Claire Nicole Jenniches; sister Kay F. (Robert) Graham of Dittmer, Mo.; and brother-in-law Edwin L. Langenberg of Drake, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Ruth Lambert. Mr. Lambert was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia. He retired from the U.S. Government as an aeronautical information specialist. He was a member of American Legion Post #581 in Columbia. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visitation was at Lawlor Funeral Home. A funeral mass was at Immaculate Conception Church, Fr. Carl Scherrer officiating. He is buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
