Kelly, Cynthia E. nee Quint
Cynthia E. Kelly nee Quint, 45, of Waterloo, died November 27, 2005, in Waterloo. 
She was born July 24, 1960, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of James William and 
Martha Quint nee Schaaf of Kansas City. She married Brian P. Kelly in 1983. She is 
survived by her parents, husband, brother James William (Pam) Quint II of Blue Springs, 
Mo., and other relatives and friends. Mrs. Kelly attended Bethany United Methodist 
Church and was a Stephen Minister. She was an inspiration to all through her 15-year 
battle with cancer. A memorial service was held at Bethany United Methodist Church, 
Pastor Jim Claycomb officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
