Weaver, Richard E.
 Richard E. Weaver, 75, of the Waterloo/Valmeyer area, died October 28, 2004, in 
Waterloo. Mr. Weaver was married to Lucy Weaver; she survives him. He was born 
March 25, 1929, in Stotts City, Mo., the son of the late Fred and Lou Weaver nee 
Garoutte. He is survived by his wife; children Gary Weaver, Brenda Head, Patty 
Massie, Judy Scriggs, Jackie Weaver and Connie Jones; 15 grandchildren, special 
great-grandson Josh Peppers; seven great-grandchildren; a brother; two sisters; 
sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins. He was preceded in 
death by his parents, sisters and brothers. Mr. Weaver was retired from the U.S. 
Air Force and Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of Maeystown Sportsman’s 
Club and Valmeyer American Legion. There was no visitation. There was a memorial 
service at First Baptist Church in Valmeyer. Memorials may be made to Monroe 
County Care and Rehab Center.
