Neff, David Lee P.
David Lee P. Neff, 65, of Waterloo, died February 23, 2005, in Waterloo. He was born 
July 12, 1939, in Hecker, the son of the late Ralph and Anna Neff nee Dietz. He was married 
to Coletta Neff nee Glastetter. He is survived by his wife, daughter Sally (Brad) Mooney of 
Waterloo, step-children Phyllis (James) Winkelmann of Carlyle, Shirley Racine of Waterloo, 
and Dan (Lisa) Eftink of Benton; grandchildren Ashley Mooney, Brad Mooney, Nicholas 
Winkelmann, Susan Racine, Jessing Eftink and Sarah Eftink. He was preceded in death by his 
parents. Visitation was at Quernheim Funeral Home. A funeral mass was at SS. Peter and Paul 
Catholic Church, Msgr. Thomas Flach officiating. He is buried at SPPS Cemetery in Waterloo.
