Johanning, Robert A.
Robert A. Johanning, 78, died April 18, 2004, at Red Bud. Mr. Johanning was married to 
the late Margaret E. Johanning nee Haney. He was born September 16, 1925, at Valmeyer, 
the son of  the late Alvin H. and Alma Johanning nee Vallowe. He is survived by children 
Glenna (Earl) Rodenberg and Errol (Tina) Johanning; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 
brother Alois (Delores) Johanning; sister Alma Williams; and nieces, nephews and cousins. 
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and granddaughter Kimberly Johnston nee 
Rodenberg. Mr. Johanning was a member of the Prairie du Rocher American Legion. 
Visitation and funeral were at Quernheim Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Bud Bennett. 
He is buried at St. John Cemetery in Maeystown.
