Bode, Calvin E.
Calvin E. Bode, 91, of Loudon, Ten., formerly of Waterloo, died May 16, 2004, 
at Loudon. Mr. Bode was married to June Bode nee McWilliams. He was born 
January 12, 1913, at Waterloo, the son of the late Louis and Frieda Bode nee 
Wiesenborn at Waterloo. He is survived by his wife; sons Dale Bode, Louis 
(Ellen) Bode, and Ronald (Pam) Bode; step-children Larry (Karen) Fritchley, 
Ron (Sandi) Fritchley and Sherri (George) Hanigan; and numerous grandchildren 
and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and his first 
wife Floramye Bode nee Ries. Mr. Bode was a past Master of Masonic Lodge 32nd 
Degree Mason, past president of the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and 
former School Board Member. Visitation and funeral services were at Quernheim 
Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Matt Friz. Memorials may be made to the 
American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
