Hoffmann, Keith A.
Keith A. Hoffmann, 40, of Fults, died May 18, 2005, in Red Bud. He was the son of 
Lloyd and Bette Jean Hoffmann nee Fauss. He is survived by his wife Amy Hoffmann 
nee Thien; children Derek Hoffmann and Claire Hoffmann; sister Vicki (Roger) Taake 
of Fults; and father- and mother-in-law Wilbert and Jane Thien of Fults. Visitation will 
be Thursday, May 19, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 
at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo. A funeral service will be Friday, May 20, at 
2 p.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Waterloo.
