MEHRTENS
John Mehrtens, a well known farmer of New Hanover, died suddenly Wednesday night, 
May 9, 1906, aged 67 years.
He had been about as usual, tho his health had not been the best for a number of years, 
as ailment of the heart afflicting him.
He was first married to Miss Greta Rahman, and last to miss Mina Freimuth who survives 
him. He also leaves three sons.
The interment took place in the family burying ground near Gall School.
