DIED
Near Waterloo on the 20th inst., Isabella, consort of Terrence Fox, 
age 66 years, 3 months.
 
Isabella, wife of Terrence Fox, after a protracted illness and being 
fortified by the sacraments of the Catholic Church, breathed her last 
on Wednesday, May 20th, at her residence near Waterloo.  She was 
born in the County of Donegal, north of Ireland - came to this country
in 1832 and lived to the ripe old age of 61 years, 3 months.  Her kind, 
gentle, affaable manner endeared her to many and to all who knew her 
she will be long spoken of with affectionate remembrance.  Her family 
will ever mourn her loss, as she loved them with that fondness and 
affectionate characteristic of the Irish wife and mother.  On Friday, her 
remains, followed by her numerous friends and relatives, passed through 
Waterloo to the church where the last rites having been performed they 
were conveyed to the cemetery.  As the grave closed over her there were 
few dry eyes and when the last sod was laid they all knelt and prayed 
fervently "May God rest her soul."
