The Last Will and Testament of John Wendel Mosbacher of the Precinct of Columbia in the County of Monroe and State of Illinois made and published the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Six. In the Name of God, Amen I John Wendel Mosbacher of the Columbia Precinct of in the County of Monroe and State of Illinois and the age of eighty years, and being of sound mind, and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following it is to say; First - It is my will that my funeral expenses and just debts be fully paid. I give and bequest to my wife Clara Mosbacher all real and personal property, and she shall have the benefit of it during her life time; just the same as I had during my life time. My son Anton Mosbacher, shall cultivate the farm, during my wife's lifetime and shall pay for rent for the same. One third of all the growing crop to my wife Clara Mosbacher. The shares I gave him, shall also belong to the said and there shall be no charges made against him for the same. Kindly I hereby nominate and appoint Clara Mosbacher to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby voiding all former wills by me made.
