The Waterloo Times Friday, March 26, 1915 Monroe City Miss Maggie Schrader is home sick at present. G. Hirsch lost a valuable milk cow some time ago. Fred Hoffmann was a Valmeyer called Saturday. H. Richter called on Mrs. N. Schrader Sunday afternoon. Sunday was the beginning of spring, but still some snow reported. The house which is to be erected by G. Hirsch will soon be started on. J. Foster, who has been seriously ill for some time past is now able to be up and about again. Mrs. O. Moskop entertained her lady friends to a quilting bee in honor of Miss Ardell Vogt, last week one day. We have noticed Sylvester Vogt of Merrimac has been making his regular trips through here en route to Madonnaville. What seems to draw your attention Syl?
