The Waterloo Times Friday, March 26, 1915 Ivy Landing River is rising slowly at present. Mrs. Peter Muehlhauser is ill at present. Quite a few from here attended the sale at Kidd last Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kemper spent a few days of last week in St. Louis. Peter Muehlhauser and Joseph Kemper, Jr., were Maeystown visitors Sunday. Joseph Kemper, Jr., and Walter Bertram have joined the Mitchie baseball team. We wish the team much success. Z.E. AuBuchon of St. Louis spent a few days of last week here looking after the house is having built on the island for John Rohrs. Joseph Williams had an accident last Friday evening. While feeding his horses, he was kicked on the ankle and shoulder and is now unable to get around without the use of a crutch. A large crowd gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Williams last Saturday night, it being Mr. Williams’ 66th anniversary. All departed at an early hour wishing Mr. Williams many more happy birthdays.
