The farmers are kept busy now plowing their land for corn.

Philip Bodenbach accompanied Alvin Bilzing to Belleville Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Christ and son Rufus were visitors at the county capital Friday.

Henry Asselmeier was elected to fill the vacant office of manager in M.W.A. 
Saturday night.

Miss Matilda Zimmer just closed a successful term of school at Mitchie, and while 
on her way home Sunday stopped at Mr. and Mrs. Louis H. Zimmers.
