Burkhardt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Burkhardt was married to Mrs. Pearl Dixon at the home of his parents in this city Friday afternoon, ‘Squire Bremser officiating. The young couple will make their home in Ava where the lucky bridegroom wooed and won his fair lady. The groom is employed with a bridge carpenter crew on the M. & O. railroad. The many friends of “Red” as he was known here, wish him and his bride all the good luck in the world on his journey over life’s matrimonial sea.
