The Waterloo Times August 13, 1915 Resigned Position In Columbia School Miss Louise Zimmer of this city has resigned her position in the Columbia public school. Secretary Fred G. Rapp of the Board of Education received a letter from Miss Zimmer from Paterson, New Jersey, last Wednesday in which she hands in her resignation. No reason is given. The Times, however, has a pretty good idea as to what caused the resignation. We have a notion that it is the fault of one man. This man lives in Paterson, and has been telling Miss Zimmer some things. He also asked her to do him a favor, and as she could not very well accede and hold her position, she handed in her resignation and will become a Mrs. In due course of events. The best wishes of her many friends and former pupils are extended her in advance. May their wedded life prove happy, and may good luck follow them on their journey over the sea of matrimony.
