Martin Sachs called on Christ. Friedmann one day last week. Christ. Arras was seen in our neighborhood one day last week. Wm. Tebbenhoff did some granutiod work work last week. Henry Schrodt purchased a fine cow and calf from Frend Tebbenhoff. The price was $60. William Werling moved his sawmill down in Henry Paulus’s creek bottom where he has about 50,000 feet of lumber to saw. From there he will move to Christ Friedmann’s where he has another job of 15,000 feet to saw. When it comes to lumber sawing, its Billy on the spot.
