Charged With Horse Stealing

John S. Musselmann was arrested and had a preliminary a Renault 
Tuesday, upon a charge of taking a horse belonging to Herman 
Neubarth and Otto Kohlmeyer.

The horse disappeared Thursday night.

Musselman was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Burbes of Chester and 
Constable Barns of Renault.

The evidence was varied.  Musselmann denies all knowledge of the 
affair, and for some time past has been working for a Mr. Seeders 
on this side of Chester.

Sheriff Rexroth now has the prisoner in custody.
