CHARGED WITH WIFE ABANDONMENT

Henry Kunkel was arraigned in Probate Court last Wednesday 
charged with wife abandonment.

He married Miss Louisa Sutter, daughter of Henry Sutter.  The jury 
tendered a verdict of guilty.

Judge Durfee took the case under advisement and imposed a penalty 
of $100 fine, and six months in jail.
