Brinkman, Vera P. nee Krewinghaus   Obit

Vera P. Brinkman nee Krewinghaus, 90, of Columbia, died Jan. 1, 2007, 
in St. Louis. She was born Nov. 5, 1916, in Johannisburg, the daughter of 
the late Otto and Dora Krewinghaus nee Recker. She married Leslie J. 
Brinkman in 1940. Mrs. Brinkman is survived by her husband; sister Pearl 
Majnerich of St. Louis; brother Earl (Ruth) Krewinghaus of Venedy; nieces 
and nephews Shirley Kocher, Gene Brinkman, Doris Duvall, Nancy (Gene) 
Tepe, JoAnne (Clyde) Schubert, Terry (Chris) Krewinghaus, Carol (Bob) 
Wetstein, Terry Majnerich and Frank Majnerich; and other relatives and friends. 
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Nora (Henry) Bates and Edna 
(Elmer) Doelling; and brothers-in-law Grover (Leona) Brinkman and Frank 
Majnerich. Visitation and funeral services were at Lawlor Funeral Home, Pastor 
William Groennert officiating. She is buried at Oddfellows Cemetery in Okawville. 
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Research or Christ Community Church 
in Columbia.
