Rehmer, Irma V. nee Dinga
Irma V. Rehmer nee Dinga, 90, of Waterloo, died Oct. 11, 2006, in 
Waterloo. She was born March 18, 1916, in East St. Louis, the daughter 
of the late John and Isabella Dinga nee Bela. She was married to the late 
Clarence Rehmer. Mrs. Rehmer is survived by her daughters Elaine (Tom) 
Carr of Waterloo, and Linda (Willard) Krebel of Waterloo; grandchildren 
John (Janice) Rehmer, Sarah (Mike) O’Reilly, Jay (Pattie) Carr, Derek 
(Jenny) Carr, Amy (Mark) Wetzler, Ginger (Nick) Amann, and Casey 
(Dawn) Krebel; 15 great-grandchildren; brother Paul (Becky) Dinga of 
Belleville; and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Roger A. Rehmer, 
infant daughter Melvina Mae Rehmer, a sister and brothers. Mrs. Rehmer 
was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo, and Ladies Aid. 
Visitation was at Quernheim Funeral Home. A funeral service was at 
Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pastor Tony Troup officiating. She is buried 
at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery in Waterloo. Memorials may be made to 
Immanuel Lutheran Church of Waterloo.
