Kaufmann, Cornelia Dietz
Cornelia Dietz nee Kaufmann, 93, of Waterloo, died June 24, 2006, in Waterloo. 
She was born April 13, 1913, in Belleville, the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria 
Kauffmann nee Schaedler. She was married to the late Carl C. Dietz. Mrs. Dietz is 
survived by her children Richard (Connie) LeTempf of Evansville, Roger (Rita) Dietz 
of Waterloo, and David (Marie) Dietz of Waterloo; numerous grandchildren, great-
grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and special niece Carlene May. She was 
preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughter Betty Grahlherr. Mrs. Dietz 
worked at the Monroe County Care and Rehab Center for 20 years in the Activities 
Department. Visitation and funeral services were at Quernheim Funeral Home, Pastor 
Mary Beth Hartenstein officiating. She is buried at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Belleville.
