Allgire, Lois A. nee Ruby
Lois A. Allgire nee Ruby, 89, of Waterloo, died July 6, 2006, in Red Bud. She 
was born August 16, 1916, in Harrisonville, the daughter of the late Oliver James 
and Esther Ruby nee Heidger. She was married to the late Arthur Allgire. Mrs. 
Allgire is survived by her daughters Linda (Lonnie) Goeddel of Waterloo, and 
Cynthia (Louis) Senerchia or Providence, R.I.; grandchildren Christine (Edward 
Doran, Scott Goeddel, Renee Grimm, John (Ruth) Grimm, Mark (Sue) Grimm, 
Mary (Robert) Buffone, Michael (Angela) Allgire, Kelly (William) Oxmann, Kristen 
(Michael) Kelley and Korin Allgire; 12 great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law, nieces 
and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Michael J. 
Allgire Sr., daughters Beverly Grimm and Renee Allgire, granddaughters Jamie Michelle 
Allgire and Madalyn Kay Allgire; and siblings Gregory Ruby, Kathleen Vogt, Jerome 
Ruby and Mary Jane Eschmann. Mrs. Allgire was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul 
Catholic Church and the Mary and Martha Society. Visitation was at Quernheim 
Funeral Home. A funeral mass was at Ss. Peter and Paul Church, Msgr. Thomas Flach 
officiating. She is buried at Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Waterloo. Memorials may 
be made to Ss. Peter and Paul School.
