Mr. Stahlschmidt died March 6.
Sylvester Stahlschmidt, 69, died March 6 at his home in Burksville.
   
Funeral services were held at 10 A.M. Saturday at Immaculate Conception in  
Madonnaville, the Rev. Moorman officiating and burial was in St. Marys cemetery 
in Renault.  The Quernheim Funeral directors were in charge.
   
Mr. Stahlschmidt, who never married, was born January 9, 1894, near Renault, a 
son of Philip and Mary Ann Stahlschmidt nee Juelfs.  He is survived by three sisters: 
Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Meier, Mrs. Louise Meier and Miss Caroline Stahlschmidt; two 
brothers, George Spriesterbach and Joe Stahlschmidt; and nieces and nephews.
