Miller, Diane nee Baum
Diane Baum Miller, 77, of Salt Lake City, Utah, died June 24, 2005. Diane was born April 20, 1928, 
in Monroe City, to Harold G. and Edith Baum nee Gideon. She was married to the late Arlen Miller. 
She is survived by daughters: Cindy (Rocky) Kerr and Shawn (Ross) Clayton; son Geoff (Launa) Miller; 
brothers: Harold R. (Rosalie) Baum of Monroe City and Duane (Arlene) Baum of Wartburg; and many 
grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons 
David Miller and Shane Miller and brother Noel Baum. She was a graduate of Monroe City Elementary 
School, Valmeyer High School, and Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, where she 
received her master’s degree in occupational therapy. She was retired from Benchmark Hospital in 
Salt Lake City. Funeral services and burial were at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary in Salt Lake City.
