Lich, Alois L.
Alois L. Lich, 73, of Waterloo, died May 24, 2004, at St. Louis. Mr. Lich was married to 
Marie Lich nee Schults. He was born February 3, 1931, at St. Louis, the son of the late 
George W. and Mary Lich nee Steinsieck. He is survived by his wife; children Donna (Ronald) 
Edison, Debbie (Rodney) Eckart, Pam (Tim) Weber, Lisa (Dennis) Juelfs, Sandra Stuart and 
Eric Bohlen and John (Connie) Lich; grandchildren Brian Eckart, Candy Eckart, Adam Eckart, 
Cpl. Steven Weber, Michelle Weber, Jason Juelfs, Megan Juelfs, David Stuart and Brandi Lich; 
sisters Helen Wild and Talida Nolting; brothers Lewis Lich and Robert Lich; special cousin Gus 
and Laverne Heinze; and sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is 
preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Lich was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in 
Waterloo. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Maeystown Sportsman Club. 
Visitation and funeral services were at Quernheim Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Matt Friz. 
He is buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
