Kruse, Ervin G.
Ervin G. Kruse, 81, of Waterloo, died September 23, 2004, in Waterloo. He was married to 
M. Bernice Kruse; she preceded him in death. Mr. Kruse was born June 15, 1923, in St. Joe, 
the son of the late John and Anna Kruse nee Koestner. He is survived by his children Connie (Dan) 
Morgan, of Belleville, Judy Belanger, of St. Louis, Patti (Mike) Licavoli, of Waterloo, and Maury 
(Kathy) Kruse, of Waterloo; grandchildren Eric (Mikkel) Morgan, Kelly Morgan, Ethan Belanger, 
Erin Belanger, Nathan (Laura) Seidel, Angela (Sean) Kennedy, Amanda Kruse, Colin Kruse and 
Ryan Kruse; four great-grandchildren; brother Charles (Elenora) Kruse, of Waterloo, and Hubert 
(Valda) Kruse, of Smithton; sister Anita (Harry) Sennott, of Kissimmee, Fla.; dear friend Georgia 
Fries, of Waterloo; and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was 
preceded in death by his parents, wife M. Bernice Kruse, son Dennis Kruse, and brothers Arthur 
Kruse and Walter Kruse. Mr. Kruse was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. His 
visitation was at Quernheim Funeral Home. His funeral mass was at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic 
Church, Msgr. Thomas Flach officiating. He is buried at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in 
Waterloo. Memorials may be made to the S. Peter and Paul Capital Campaign.
