Coulter, Bea Vivian nee Ramsey
Bea Vivian Coulter nee Ramsey, 79, of Waterloo, died March 26, 2005, in Freeburg. 
She was born July 11, 1925, in Bonne Terre, Mo., the daughter of the late Clement 
and Florence Ramsey nee Carlson. She is survived by her children James Coulter Jr., 
Linda Cudd, Brenda Du Frenne, Gene Coulter, Pam Nickles, Thomas Coulter and 
Dean Coulter; 11 grandchildren; brother Stanley Ramsey; and sisters Blanche Bollinger, 
Bertha Dalton, and Bessie Thomure. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
daughter Margie Ann Coulter and sister Bernice Cucci. She was a member of World 
Wide Church of God in Belleville and had worked as a visiting nurse. Visitation and 
funeral services were at DeFabio Funeral Home. She is buried at Chestnut Ridge 
Cemetery in Farmington.
