Badaracco, Laura B. nee DeRoy
Laura B. Badaracco nee DeRoy, 97, of Waterloo, formerly of St. Louis County, 
died September 20, 2004, in Waterloo. She was married to Anthony A. Badaracco; 
he preceded her in death. Mrs. Badaracco was born February 11, 1907, in 
St. Charles, Mo., the daughter of the late Albert and Julia DeRoy nee Jose. 
She is survived by granddaughter Laura (Thomas) Traber, of Waterloo; 
great-grandchildren Kimberly (Thomas) Parkins, Jason (Jennifer) Traber, 
Anthony (Jayne) Traber and Matthew Traber; great-great grandchildren 
Stephanie Parkins and Nicholas Traber; sister Gladys Browne; and nieces, 
nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband 
Anthony A. Badaracco, and daughter Berry A. Badaracco. A memorial service 
was held at Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to 
Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
