Vogt, Priscilla L. nee Biffar

Priscilla L. Vogt nee Biffar, 84, of Waterloo, died May 12, 2007, in Waterloo. 
She was born Sept. 4, 1922, in Waterloo, the daughter of the late George and 
Martha Biffar nee Reinhardt. She married the late Armin W. Vogt in 1944. Mrs. 
Vogt is survived by her children Karen (Wilbert) Eschmann of Columbia, and 
Perry Vogt (finacee Barbara Dickerson) of Waterloo; grandchildren Keith 
Eschmann, Susan (Randall) Brand, Samantha Vogt, and Daniel Freeman; great-
grandson Connor M. Freeman; brothers Lawrence Biffar, Sylvester (Leona) Biffar, 
and Eugene (JoAnn) Biffar; brothers-in-law Ivo Vogt and Carl (Lillian) Vogt; and 
nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 
daughter Marie Isabella Vogt; granddaughter Cynthia M. Freeman; sisters Loretta 
Schaefer and Adeline Marie Biffar; brothers-in-law Joseph Schaefer and Carl W.
Wink; and sisters-in-law Dorothy Wink and Rose M. Vogt. Mrs. Vogt was a 
member of SS. Peter and Paul Church, and a member of the Martha and Mary 
Society. She was a volunteer at the Monroe County nursing home. Visitation was 
at Quernheim Funeral Home. A funeral Mass was at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 
Msgr. Thomas Flach and Msgr. Carl Scherrer officiating. She is buried at SS. 
Peter and Paul Cemetery in Waterloo.
