Schuff, Adele M. nee Vogt Adele M. Schuff nee Vogt, 92, of Millstadt, died July 30, 2007, in Columbia. She was born July 8, 1915, in Columbia, the daughter of the late Anton and Anna Vogt nee Frierdich. She was married to the late Louis O. Schuff. Mrs. Schuff is survived by her sister Erdline Lippert; nieces Bonnie Mueller, Sheila (John) Campe, and Doreen (Tom) Baltz; great-nieces Lori (Gene) Stumpf, Lisa (Bryan) Braun, and Gina (Bill) Clossen; great-nephews Scott Baltz, Todd Baltz, Jeff Campe, Dan Pistor and Nicholas Pistor; and great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant daughter Janice Lee; sisters Ruth Pistor, Esther Briesacher and Marcella Hatter; brother in infancy Lester Vogt; nephew Anthony Pistor; and great-nieces Toni Lyn Mueller. Mrs. Schuff was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt and the St. James CYC. She was a homemaker and worked as a tailor. She was a member of VFW Post 7980 in Millstadt Ladies Auxiliary. Visitation was at Strauss Funeral Home. A memorial Mass was at St. James Catholic Church, Fr. Marvin Volk officiating. She is buried at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Columbia. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or in the form of Masses at St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt.
