Mosbacher, Eugene 
Eugene C. Mosbacher, 82, of Waterloo, formerly of Valmeyer, died Thursday, 
Nov 4, 1999, at Monroe County Nursing Home in Waterloo.

He was born Nov 29, 1916, in Valmeyer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Clara (Weitkamp) 
Mosbacher.

Graveside services will be at 10:45 a.m. Monday at Jefferson Barracks National 
Cemetery in St. Louis. Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo handled the 
arrangements.
